Amritsar HoHo Bus
Actually speaking, its not a HopOn HopOff bus but should be called city sight seeing bus i.e there is specific time slot allocated to passengers and the same bus waits to take them to other spot.
Even though there are 3 buses plying under HoHo bus banner, this is not same as Delhi HoHo bus and you are bound to the same bus and the timing provided by the bus.
Having said that, this tour is an excellent option if you are new to the city and wish to cover most part of the city in one day.
Amritsar HoHo Bus Ticket cost
The HoHo bus offers two type of tickets: City tour and full tour. Following table have the details:

Note: There are seperate tickets for few attractions in Gobindgarh Fort and war memorial. Also Khalsa college is just drive through.
Amritsar HoHo bus attractions in detail
The first bus starts from near Maharaja Ranjit singh statue (Golden Temple) around 1030 AM. There are 3 bus, the first bus starts at around 1030AM
Following are the attractionns covered:
Durgiana Mandir
The first stop is Durgina Mandir, a very beatutiful temple looks like replica of Golden temple. This temple is also surrounded by water.
Just beside this temple, there is an ancient Hanuman Temple that is linked to the Ramanaya era. There is a tree where Luv Kush tied Hanuman.
There is a Shitla Mata temple as well that have various encarnations of Mata.
Gobindgarh Fort
This fort was conquered by Maharaja Ranjit singh and named after Sikh Guru Shri GobindSingh ji.
This is a beautiful fort. There are two types of tickets, Rs55/- that will give you access to the fort, Turban Museume, Cultural Program
There is another one which cost Rs.300 that includes entry to 7D documentory on Maharaja Ranjit singh.
You can also avail battery car facility by paying extra.
Khalsa College- Drive by only
The beautiful college building of Khalsa college is a treat for the eyes. The huge campus is really inviting. You can cover this on your own seperately and it will be worth it.
War Memorial
This is a museume that showcase history of 1971 war and later wars. The entry fee is Rs.300.
Atari-Wagha border
The bus reach the border around 5 and you can witness the retreat ceremony.
Other attractions in Amritsar
The bus tour does not cover this but since the bus starts from near Golden Temple, you should not miss visiting the Temple and Jallianwala baug.
The walk towards the Golden temple itself is awesome and if possible, visit the temple both in day time and night time.
HopOn HopOff bus Amirtsar bus
It is a double decker bus, the lower deck is full AC and upper deck is open with first 2 rows covered. This gives you choice to sit in shade on the open deck or enjoy the comfort of AC at lower.
In case the bus is full, you may be restricted to your seat else you can move between both the decks.

The bus starting point is near Golden temple, Maharaja Ranjit Singh ji staute.
Conclusion:
In case you have just one day, HoHo bus is a very good option. In case you have more time, you can use private cab to cover these attractions on your own time.
